Cut deals, take your Payoff, and dodge the Raid.
The game
Maracutaia is a digital card game of deals and double-dealing for 3 to 9 players, people or bots. Run a network of satirical Schemes, trade with the whole table, cash in at the right moment and stay out of the Raid's way. The winner is whoever ends with the most Honor: that's the joke.
- Trade anything, with anyone, anytime. Public offers the table can see, private offers only the two of you see, whispers and counteroffers. The game seals the deal; the talking is up to you.
- Schemes and Fronts. Collect Numbers Racket, Link in Bio, Salary Kickback, Buy Now, Pray Later and more into your Fronts, then take the Payoff to turn the pile into Cash and Honor.
- Hustles. One-shot dirty tricks: Coffee Money, Do You Know Who I Am?, Plea Deal, Wiretap, Clean Record…
- Raids. Somewhere in the deck the sirens are waiting. A Raid targets whoever has the most Heat, the most Cash or the lead: pay the Bribe, lose cards or pull out your Immunity.
- Quick or Traditional. Games of about 20 or about 40 minutes, online with private rooms by code, or practice against bots.
- 20 historical characters. From Machiavelli to Ada Lovelace, each in their own seat at the table.

Satire of fictional archetypes only: the game laughs at the scheme, never at the people it hurts.
